Sessions are booked in 30-minute increments. Try a single session or connect multiple sessions together for a longer total integration time. Objects like the Orion Nebula (M42) can show pleasing detail after 20 minutes. Fainter objects like the Pinwheel Galaxy (M101) need a bit more time to begin to show structure. Adding more time typically adds more detail to your final image. Check out our example images and the corresponding total integration time.

After selecting your session date/time, you will be asked to complete a form detailing which object or area of the sky that you’d like to image, the total integration time on the object, filter selection and other options.

Changes can be made to the form up until 2 hours before sunset on the day of your session.
